Visualisation is one of the most powerful performance enhancers available. And best of all, it's FREE! And there's no time better than now to learn how to do it. Visualisation (also called mental imagery or mental rehearsal) is the process of using your senses to mentally rehearse the skill you wish to execute.
Visualisation has been shown to increase self-confidence, the ability to focus and concentrate as well as enhance an athlete’s ability to establish an optimum physical and psychological performance state prior to competition.
