‘Fundamentals’ is an intensive, six-week psychology programme that I’ve been testing out with my private clients over the past few months with great results!
More now than ever, I'm hearing from athletes who are feeling anxious and overwhelmed with the current COVID-19 crisis, not knowing if or when they can get back to competition. This programme will provide you with the tools required to thrive, not just survive this time, and return to your sport feeling more confident, calm and in control than ever.
